Princess Leia in Combat Poncho on Power Of The Force Card with Coin
As seen in the images, there is obvious peg hole damage at the peg hole - which, technically is unpunched. The backer card unfortunately was used as a "checklist". Every figure except 6 have been marked off. That kid was so close!!
