Shipping FAQ

When will you ship out my order?
All orders are shipped out ASAP. However, we do have designated shipping days every Wednesday and Friday. If you order on any other day, it may still ship the same day - but it's guaranteed to be shipped out Wednesday or Friday (whichever is first after your order has been placed). 

Why aren't you shipping to the USA currently?
We actually have an entire page devoted to this, please check HERE.

Who do you use for shipping? 
We use Canada Post. during mail strikes, we then use UPS, FedEx and Purolator. 

Is tracking included? 
Nothing leaves BHTOYS without a tracking number included. You'll get an email with your tracking information. It's up to you to know when it will be dellvered. We are not responsible for missing packages outside of delivery confirmation. 

Why don't you ship large or very heavy items?
Past experience during the last 25+ years has taught us that larger items and fragile items generally arrive damaged in some way. Large and heavy items aren't always the easiest thing to find packaging for - and at times packing will cost a small fortune. You can also include people taking advantage of our FREE SHIPPING offer as a reason, since many times people would order a bunch of large items at once, and it would cost us in the hundreds to ship.  It's just not benificial for us to do so any longer. 

Are there import fees or Tariffs for countries outside of Canada?
Sometimes..... You see, we can't stay on top of what's happening in every country, so it's the buyers responsibility to check all local import taxes and fees. For example, the UK and EU seem to be charging the customer VAT on arrival. We know this because we've had some complaints. It's sadly out of our hands, and if it becomes an issue, we'll stop shipping there, just as we've temporarily stopped shipping to the USA. Again, please check with your local  area. Same applies to Australia, Mexico, etc.
